Fair Use is a doctrine of exception to Copyright protections. In essence, what I am relating to here, is what rights do we as the game claim to the intellectual property/writings of our players / community members. In general the expectations would be, I think that the game maintains full rights to use and edit the content of:

  • apps
  • backstories
  • logs
  • character and object descriptions

Where these are written by current and former players, so long as the previous player's account ID is credited for their contributions.
